The Golden Isles of Georgia

St. Simons Island lighthouse and Museum on the Atlantic Ocean, the ocean is so smooth compared to the Pacific Ocean, and hardly any waves.

Ft. Frederica National Monument
This is on the St. Simons Island driving tour, but to see the fort you need to get out and walk the grounds.  Beautiful trees, Ocean, and old historic Fort. Is is laid out just like it was in the 1700's most of the buildings are gone but the foundations are there and you can plainly see the town that it was. These huge trees were on the grounds, and so many was covered with Spanish moss.  Guess that intriged me as I purchased so much of it when I had my store.

Jekyll Island was a very Beautiful Island, we played in the ocean and again it was so warm and nice.  The Island had a really nice driving tour and so much to see.  One of our favorite places was the fishing pier.  HUGE huge pier, people just took their chairs out and fished out in the Ocean by just walking out there...... neat... 10 miles of beautiful beaches.
